Belgrade hosts the first Adventure Water Games for families

More than 40 participants will take part in the first adventure games for families starting on June 23 in Belgrade. In the competitions in three types of water sports, four teams from families will be included, divided into 10 competitors from three countries, Bulgaria – two teams, Romania and Serbia, one each. The activity is part of the project “Water adventure games for families”, which is implemented by four non-governmental organizations – “Consult Group”, Bulgaria, “Calafat – Duven” Association, Romania, “Vega Youth Center” association from Serbia and “Bononia” Water and Rowing Sports Club, under the “Erasmus +” program, Sports.

Tomorrow at 17:00 a technical conference will begin in the meeting room of the Arka Barka Hotel in Belgrade, Serbia, where details of the competition itself will be clarified. The start of all participants is scheduled from 10.00 a.m. at the pontoon in “Arka Barka”, where everyone will move by boat to an island located 2 kilometers from the starting point. The competitions themselves will take place at the place designated by the organizers, where after the announcement of the winners, the final team ranking will also take place. The awarding ceremony closing the competition is planned for the third day. The next sports event for families will be held on July 28-30 in Bulgaria, on the Rabisha lake near Vidin. It is also expected that 40 competitors will participate, divided into four teams – two Bulgarian and one each from Romania and Serbia.
