It was decided that the participants in the project activities would build a system for active communication. After the end of the first working day, a Partnership Agreement was signed, specifying the commitment of each of the project partners. A change in the schedule of activities was also proposed, due to commitments and the inability of the partners to comply with the pre-set plan. All participants united around the requirement that a minimum of 10 percent disadvantaged persons participate, which includes disadvantaged families facing social and economic difficulties; cultural differences; geographical restrictions etc. At the second meeting, the evaluation rules and rankings and which representatives are participating in the meeting were discussed. It was decided that each of the organizations would submit their budget and schedule proposals by the second meeting, as well as the criteria for selecting participants in the water adventure games for families.
